All okay so far.

Staff friendly. Breakfast package was made because we had to go to the airport when the breakfast starts. The restaurant menu is good.

In the neighbourhood the dogs and rooster make to much noise in the night and early morning.

The hotel is central to almost everything. Staff friendly and accommodating.

The bus shuttle transfer that was promised did not arrive at the location as promised. And when I tried to contact the phone number provided, it was uncontactable. So we ended up catching a taxi.

Just wanted to raise this since I booked the property thru booking.com, I was surprised when they asked for the CVV of my CC to proceed with payment. My mom who stayed at the property ended up paying which defeats the purpose of me booking it for them Can someone from the hotel clarify this process? CVVs are not to be shared. They gave me an option to provide CVV or pay via gcash which was not an option for me. Although the booking went well, and we love that there is airport shuttle.

Free breakfast and water,room was clean and large.

No elevator i had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Also the tub/shower was almost 2 feet higher then the floor in the bathroom so I don't recommend this place for seniors.

Nice big comfortable bed, room size was good too.

Room didn't get serviced until requested on 3rd day and even when requested at 9.00am had to contact reception again at 4.30pm to ask again. Wasn't informed of location of restaurant or the fact that I had free breakfast.. The staff were all very nice, I don't mean to complain, probably language barrier was an issue.

Honestly a fantastic stay! This was the first stop on my parent’s and I’s Philippines trip and it did not disappoint. There is definitely a culture shock to the surrounding area of the hotel but it’s not bad at all. The room is clean, cool and comfortable. If you like higher quality toiletries, I recommend bringing your own. Good wifi, stable for the most part. They clean your room if you’d like daily. Breakfast and restaurant staff were incredible. Delicious, authentic food and such hospitable and approachable staff. They gave us all the recommendations on what to do for our 4 days here. Free shuttle to/from hotel was easy to schedule and on time. Very easy to reach hotel for questions. They have currency exchange at the front desk and a mall super close right across the street. They also hail taxis for you need be. There’s also a great massage place downstairs. Can’t beat it for the price and quality. Highly recommend!

Can manage for an overnight on the first or last day of your trip.

The best thing about the property is the location.

The hotel is old and dated. The fixtures and old, the floor tiles are cracked, the tub has rust stains on it.

Modernised Small and Clean Accommodation

Sempre Premier Inn-MACTAN AIRPORT HOTEL M.L. Quezon National Highway, Lapu-Lapu City, 6015 Cebu, Philippines +639176269872. we were kindly transferred and this review is about this Premier Inn though they are just located in the same area in a different block. it is so modernized and relatively small faculty including a room. But, I am satisfied as all conditions were similar to ones of motel or budget hotel in Korea. I will come back when I am travel back to Cebu and need a budget type accommodation in clean environment. Thank you for your complimentary offer to us this time.

Overall clean and comfortable

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
